Vintage 1940’s Sideboard Reimagined in Matte Black with Gloss Stripes

Very old (1940s) wood buffet, it’s on the smaller side so easy to move and flexible for areas of use: an entryway, small dining area, kitchen, living room, office- endless options. 2 large drawers lined with beautiful paper. The sideboard has been professionally refinished in a durable matte black with 3 coats of protective polyurethane. Gloss stripes added to the front drawers. Original hardware cleaned up, painted and given a slightly patina. Minor imperfections in the piece as with all vintage furniture; it looks as one of the back legs was repaired years ago, seems very stable and this piece is not very heavy although it’s solid wood.
